Taking mre.s to have aromatherapy this afternoon. She has it before we go on holiday. have stared packing as we go to Southampton on Saturday morning.

Morning all

More plastering and mess today, but at least we still have a usable kitchen...........covered in dust keeping it clean is a losing battle Can't believe they've been here since April. Must say it hasn't been too much hassle until now, but we both said last night we can't wait to see them gone now they're inside. I know it will all be worth it in the end, just seems like this has been going on forever..........

Off out for coffee with the ladies this morning, then this afternoon we need to go and order sliding doors for the wardrobe in our bedroom. My poor brain's having to work overtime keeping up with orders/deliveries at the moment.

Morning all,

Spent all yesterday evening draining the last of the pool and then cleaning out the green scum from the bottom, power washing it and finally mopping up the last of the green stuff with towels. The pool is filling today and I'll be reconnecting the filtration system and backwashing it out. About 3 weeks from now the pool will be fit to use...

Work today then the pool tonight and maybe some other things in the house if time allows. Other than that, fixing MrS S' tablet which has borked itself....

Rain here, again, and very cold with it, probably as it's been wet for so long Jumper and jeans weather On a more positive note it's 4 years today since we moved into this house Best move we ever made Becky's last day here, and as we are up at silly O'clock tomorrow morning to get her to Gatwick I won't be posting tomorrow until the afternoon She is all packed, apart from her toiletries, all organised with all her travel docs printed out and in her organiser, so it will be a relaxing day hopefully D is having the dogs tomorrow, and very kindly making Mick and I a meal when we return, so I won't have to worry about it

After terrible storms yesterday rain is forecast today
so far this morning of sorted a mangled rose Bush
Burnt the toast
And the gas check man is due this afternoon
So I expect he will arrive in a minute
