After 3 fantastic days here we're getting the 12.10 train back to Birmingham.

Straight to see Joanie for an hour or so then back to Jackie's.

It's her birthday today so we're taking her out tonight for a few beers and dinner.

Well the sun is out here!! I knew we could rely on you Ally, as the forecast for tomorrow and Weds is fab I've got WW this morning, and then probably a coffee and a mooch in town with Emma afterwards, as that seems to be becoming a regular thing No zumba this week as J is away. Before that I need to get some washing out on the line

Steve arrived extra early this morning and is busy in the utility. As soon as we've had brekkie we're planning to walk along the seafront to the harbour, getting away from the smell seems a good idea

Enjoy the weather for everyone who has good weather. Here it's grey and forecast to chuck it down this afternoon. I brought my umbrella...

Work today and then the process of pulling my bike apart this evening if I can find the energy for it. Grandson is back home well and has to choose his tartan today from one of his three choices, depending on availability of the cloth.

Morning all, it's not bad here, cloud and sun but quite cool. However we are forecast lots of rain later I have plenty on today's list, but one thing is checking in for tomorrow's flights the rest is all boring h/worky stuff. Mr Osc has just gone to get his B12 injection, he is supposed to be playing golf but I suspect it will be rained off. Had a fab afternoon of dancing yesterday, danced more than we have for ages, we really enjoyed ourselves. Have a good day everyone

Haven't done one of these for a while!

Went to the gym, walked past Joe going in as I was coming out (after 12 years of begging for notes and avoiding PE at school, what does he do as soon as he leaves?? Joins the gym!). Got home at 10am and woke Tom, who was planning on getting the 9.55 train into Birmingham....
Walked Billy, Joe came home and we chatted over lunch. There's ironing to do next (must be done as Tom needs his work uniform for the morning) and then another Billy walk. We're off to Ikea tonight to pick up some wardrobe interior fittings for the furniture that's being delivered tomorrow. Bet we come out with more than wardrobe stuff. I could do with getting some more bath towels while I'm there - there seems to be a never-ending pile of wet towels lying around with two teenage boys at home for the Summer.
