Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 17 Jul 2016, 05:10

Good morning. :D

Hot. 8-) 8-)

No need for a run after yesterday's mileage so a swim will suffice.

Quite fancy lazing by the pool with a book so that's exactly what I'll do. :D

I recorded Friday's Masterchef so will watch that tonight. :D :D

Have a great day everyone.

Morning Ally,

Cold wet and windy here. I'll be putting the bike back together and doing a local walk. But first back to sleep as my sleep is messed up.

Have a great day all..

Good morning Ally & Suff.
Got up at 6.30 a.m.
Had breakfast and went for the paper. Have now unpacked two cases and pressed the switch to start the washing machine.
It is cloudy but no rain yet.
Will spend the day just pottering and relaxing.
Have a good d ay everybody

Well it looks like another fine day here, yesterday was pretty good, not overly warm but bright and no rain! :D :D Usual sort of Sunday on the cards, a food shop then home, hopefully to sit out on the decking and read the papers and relax 8-) If the weather changes we have plenty on the player to watch ;)

Have a good day everyone :) xxxx

Morning all :D

As you can see we're still in lazy mode, just sat down for brekkie.

Nice and bright here at the moment, hope it lasts.

Not much planned for today, just more washing and we might have another go at the garden.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning all, it's dull and humid here. I'm back from a 4 mile walk with Billy, through the woods and over the common.

I'm just taking advantage of the warmth and letting my hair dry off a bit before I dry it properly. I'm growing it and already I'm missing giving short hair a quick blast with the drier and being ready to go! Might cut the lawn while in waiting actually, and I'm also descaling the coffee machine. I hate that job and have been putting it off for a few weeks.

Once John's back from his bike ride we'll have a quick lunch before heading into Birmingham for a mooch and no doubt coffee and cake. Could do with popping in to see my parents too.

We had fun at the wedding reception last night. Most of the close were there and thankfully it was a nice night so we could sit in the lovely grounds of the venue and chat, away from the music. Came away feeling very lucky to have the neighbours that we have :) Oh, and the food was lovely, there was a barbecue rather than the usual buffet. It was a difficult place to find though, down single track country lanes. We followed the sat nav and at one point it said that we were 0.5 miles away before we went around the next bend and it changed to 2.4  Others had the same problem so it wasn't just us! We'll be back there next year for my cousin's wedding so we'll know to leave plenty of time to get there

Have a good day all!
