Good morning. :D

Hot. Very. 8-) 8-)

Day off from running so a swim will do. :D :D

Meeting my work colleague Michelle at 11 in Fat Man's for a coffee. :D

Will stay in town to meet up with Don & Conor who's treating us to lunch at Gambrinus. :D :D :D

Home to chill out then back into town tonight to meet up with our friends for Friday beers and tapas. :D :D

Hope D's garden party goes well today Kaz.

Have a good day everyone.

Thinking of Judi, Ed & Mark as it's 5 years today Con passed away. He's still thought of every day and spoken of with great love and affection. Miss you Con. :( xxx

Good morning all!

It's quite bright here at the moment. I'm just heading out of the door to walk Billy, a bit later I'm going to get the train into Birmingham.

No real plans for the rest of the day, Tom's working 3-11pm.

Thinking of you and the family today Ally (((Ally and family)))
Sounds like a fun day, enjoy it! xx

Kaz, I hope D's party goes well and the weather is kind to you xx

Have a good day all!

Morning all :)

Ally have a lovely lunch out, and I wish Conor a safe trip and a great time with the youngsters :D Thinking of you all today, those five years have flown by, haven't they? ((((((x))))))

Jo it's looking very grey here, but hopefully it will clear up later. As long as it doesn't rain, it will be ok! :? I'll going up there early, and will be there all day, helping out, and then helping clear up afterwards :)

Have a good day everyone :) xxxxx

Quite warm - blinkin' hot later

Have a lovely lunch Ally and hugs all round - those 5 years have gone so quickly xx

Hope the weather stays good Kaz x

Heldar is here with the door for the bomba and Grumpy is helping put it up.

We're popping into Ourique later to get a few bits and bobs and see what length/height we can get the green stuff for fencing.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :D

Nice and dry but a bit cooler today.

Have a nice family day Ally, hugs to you all xx

Not too happy this morning, we have no hot water. Apparently when Terry drained all the radiators he should have topped the system back up  The boiler man has been and has gone back to his office to see if the replacement part needed is in stock, if not it will have to be ordered so goodness knows how long we'll be without hot water  One thing's for sure we won't be footing the bill!!

Today we'll be busy moving furniture from pillar to post getting our bedroom, the bathroom and kitchen cleared as much as possible ready for Monday when the woodworm peeps make their second visit. The mess we're living in is just awful, I can't tell you how fed up we are right now.

Oh and I managed to fall over some of the coving yesterday and it would have to be after the carpet was removed so I now have some interesting bruises and have somehow managed to twist my hip so I'm finding moving around quite a challenge.

Really need to get out for a couple of hours, will see how things go as the day progresses.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Oh Jen, it sounds awful. Nothing's ever straightforward when you're doing jobs on the house is it. Sorting out one thing always seems to uncover more problems. Hope you manage to catch a break soon ((Jen))

Aw Jen xx hope it's not too bad, bruise wise.

Could you not book yourselves into a hotel for the week-end and charge it to your builder? Or at least, go away until Monday, give yourselves a bit of "you2 time, away from all the hassle and mess.
