It's raining here, but it will do the gardens good.

We had a busy day yesterday with one thing and another, so will be taking it easy today, ready for the weekend.

Olympics here we come

My thoughts exactly but it's not raining yet
Hope everyone has a good day

We're in the East Stand tonight Osc, so on the right of the screen  It's something I'm always moaning about too Osc. Ria, long gone are the days when the majority of games kicked off at 3pm on a Saturday, there's now a right long list of kick off times spread between two TV providers - Sky and BT.

Afternoon :)
Rain more or less all day so far, but it is meant to clear up, they've confidently announced the flying at the Bournemouth air festival will start at 3. Doesn't look likely at the moment, but I do hope they're right.

I ignored the weather and took myself to the art class this morning, to cheer me up. Hadn't been for ages for one reason or another and enjoyed it.
Richard, who always did the class, is having the summer off and we had a lovely lady called Pru who was brilliant at managing to give six of us individual attention :)
Two hours being completely absorbed in something is always a good thing :)

No news of friend yet.
Hope you're all having a good day, despite the weather x

News but not of the good kind.
She has deteriorated incredibly fast and is awaiting transfer to a hospice if a bed is available. Horribly quick :(
