Bank Holiday Monday Munchings

What are we all having for dinner? We have half a roast chicken left over from yesterday, so we are having that cold, with a green leaf salad, and I'm roasting the leftover boiled new potatoes in a little olive oil, with rosemary and garlic and lemon thyme

We often have a pizza from Waitrose on Saturdays, but didn't, so we stopped off and bought a four seasons, since it's a holiday

Mind you, having already had a blt, rather large Belgian bun, and a scone with jam and clotted cream (not all at once!) I should probably save some for tomorrow...but probably won't
We won't be having it for quite a while though
