Morning all, dull day here with rain forecast. Mind you, yesterday's rain didn't arrive until night time even though it was forecast for the day. It's about 14 degrees, and feels really cool H/work is today's plan and Mr Osc has torn himself away from his new phone to go and play golf. Good luck to B and H, Kaz. Have a good day everyone

Well, so much for the lovely weather and the forecast
The sky is black, thunder is rumbling around, there are reports on the local radio of torrential rain and thunderstorms all the way from at least Swanage, right along the coast...guess I'd best delay going out...

A lovely hot sunny day here in London; our a/c in the office isn't working all that which means it's actually quite a pleasant temperature - usually it's like a fridge in here

How did Becky get on today Kaz, is she back? And hoping Harry is full of excitement and enthusiasm when you speak to him later; hope he had a fab day

Busy day at work today - yesterday was first day back but nice and quiet, but my colleague is off sick today so it's a tad busier than I was expecting. But at least the days go by quickly.

Having a few leaving drinks after work today. Our company chauffeur has been made redundant - all part of the management restructure and sadly no surprise to anyone as the person he mainly worked with is now hardly ever in London so not much really to do for Gerry. I affectionately refer to him as the grumpy Scotsman, but we get on really well and I'll miss him hugely

Our weather went a bit bananas too Di, it started out sunny and blazing hot - flipping roasting at zumba - but as soon as I got home it turned, and we had thunder and pouring rain! It's eased off now but still looks a bit dodgy

I waited till just after lunch, it looked clear again...thankfully the tropical storm occurred while I was choosing nail polishes

It looked like we were in for a storm a little earlier, it went so dark. We are forecast rain though, but later on. It started dull, then we had bright blue sky and sunshine for a few hours and now we're back to dull again.
