Sad news, for us.

Just been told a friend died recently. He was 63. He had muscular dystrophy and had been told he had a couple of years to live. But never made it that far.

i keep an eye on the obits in the paper where we used to live, but nothing in the news.

I vv got a cold sigh went to drs Friday for my diabetic blood test and the nurse said do you want a flue jab we've got them in early
Now I never have a flue jab unless they have any left in January time when it's time usually for my diabetic test
You won't catch flu from it she said
No I haven't but if got a cold

Oh Saundra, I hope you're feeling better soon. Probably picked up some lurgy that someone in the surgery kindly shared.

Seems to be a lot of bugs around, I've only spent two minutes scrolling down Facebook (and stopped to look at some photos in that time) and two people have said they've got colds.

Thanks for the hugs, we knew Brian for 20 odd years, went to his wedding, I've been in touch with friends far and wide today.

Fire wood ordered for Friday - 2 tons of it, which will be stacked for us too.
