Been for my run and now enjoying a coffee.

Going over to see my folks in an hour or so and will stay and have lunch with them.

Work 4 - 9 then home to watch last week's GBBO!

Dull and wet here - and a very disturbed nights sleep with a hooooge thunderstorm, rolling over head, then away, then back. Amazing amount of rain too

I really must crack on with that ironing We went to the wood store yesterday so Grump could see what they did, size wise, ready for the next 3 work things for him.

Well usual work day for me (no surprise there) and then home to just pootle about. Got a parking fine in the post yesterday so going to see how enforceable it is - it's from the parking grounds of a larger shopping centre and I didn't realise they have a 3 hour limit - oops . Sigh

Ria - mum and dad go home next Monday.

21 weeks and they're back over.

It'll take an awful lot more rain before the water levels rise, Ria. We had a very long and dry summer.

Next projects? Putting up fence panels between us and the darking bogs.

Car-port as the current one will be a bedroom.

Pergola in the back garden, extending the terrace a little more. Or he may build a work-shop furst

Bright and sunny here

No builders waking us up early is lovely, but we're still not completely done. Because we're south facing the sun burns through the new windows in the extension so until we get the blinds up some of the furniture is still covered. We're having verticals so they won't have to be closed right over, just enough to provide shade when needed. I'll do lots of photo's when it's all done Ria.

Expecting the boys some time before lunch.

Morning all its bright here blue sky and sunshine my bedroom gets full Sun in a morning and I don't want to get out of bed
I'm on pins as Lilly's mum has just had an interview for a job she will know by the end of the week after getting her degree last week I hope she is successful
