Day 9 of my enforced running challenge and it's going to plan so will have a coffee on my return.

Nipping to Torremolinos to Dealz as the old salad cream is nearing its end.

Work 6 - 9 then home to Grand Designs & Masterchef.

Good (?) morning. It pouring with rain and having looked on the news websites I'm wishing I was still asleep and dreaming blissfully.

No plans today apart from NOT switching on the TV.

Morning all. Raining here.

I'm back n bed. I'm still of cold although I do feel a bit better today. I'm really groggy though after taking night nurse last night. It always zones me out. I was going to drag myself in to work but then thought why bother? I'm hopefully handing my notice in tomorrow.

It's Mick's birthday, he catches me up and is no longer my toy boy now until March, when he gets that title again He's taken the day off and we're going to Cheltenham to look round the art galleries and have some lunch

I would say usual work day for me, but given the news this morning the stock markets no doubt will be going mad which means our poor traders will be having a tough one and the rest of the team no doubt in bad moods when shares etc fall. So I'm just going to keep my head down and try keep out of everyone's way. Much safer that way

And then usual quiet evening at home

Off to Ourique with computer, then off to try and find this shelter who will be "doing" Molly next week. Then onto supermarket for the weeks shopping.

If it's not raining, we have some planting out of some cuttings to do - and to decide where they're going too
