M&Ms, bleurghhh, coffee nut M&Ms, double bleurghhh.

It would be like finding the Revels production line had gone berserk and your pack contained only the coffee ones! :o

D'you know, I had a craving yesterday for something I haven't had in years .... one of those old Club biscuit bars. :)
I don't know if they still make them.

Yes, they do Ossie, D keeps a Tupperware box full of them, for the various workmen she has in, to go with their cups of tea

Decent bacon - can't get decent bacon, unless we go to Almancil and visit the most expensive supermarket in Portugal.

Oxo cubes, as the stock cubes here - the beef one's anyway - are disgustingly greasy and revolting.

Curry stuff, although there is a small shop in Conceicao we can get too, which sometimes has stuff. Even had curry leaves last visit   :o

Licorice allsorts - Aldi does them sometimes though ;)

Gt so used to have the local stuff, we manage with everything else.

Pinky bars, chocolate fish, pineapple lumps, Vegemite

And now I'm home, Jaffa cakes, cheap salmon, nandos marinade sauces, and German reislings.
Everything happens for a reason

Oh I LOVE LOVE LOVE pineapple lumps :) :) :)

Our ex CFO was Aussie and he went to the Aussie shop here and bought a few jars of Vegemite for the office; loved by some but personally not my favourite. But then I'm in the 'hate Marmite' camp as well (sorry Ally!   ) I'm a Bovril girl
