A good morning to you all

I'm up and about early as heading out at 8am. The last trip to Calais I didn't buy as much as I should have so now post Christmas the wine rack is rather bare and I've got friends over for lunch on Friday and will need bubbles to see in the New Year in a few days; and I'm totally out of those - so figured I may as well pop back over again. esp as the ferry was on offer so .....

Another gorgeously sunny and warm day forecast so it's perfect for me to begin my 'Operation Norway' get as fit as a flea campaign! Check out my new ticker.

Day one will have me doing a 7km power walk - I've rather neglected my trainers since breaking up from work almost 2 weeks ago but onwards and upwards.

Back home and after a shower it's off to Decathlon to get a few bits for yomping next week with David.

Then a lovely day staying at home reading and watching TV.

Al!y I've done no exercise since zumba and Pilates finished two weeks ago I feel really blobby so it's a goods job they start again next week! Good luck!

Another beautiful day, bright and clear and very cold!
Minnie and I have been out, I was up well before Bb (he and boys stayed up late) and fancied a walk after all the slobbing, it was lovely

Meriad you'll have gone but have a fab little trip, I loved my trips to Calais
Ally hope you enjoyed your walk, did 7km seem a bit further than usual after your break?
Kaz have a lovely day after your treatment

We had a fab day with the boys yesterday, watched a film, played some games, ate lots of chocolate...
Today Bb's mum and dad are coming, so the oven's on for the turkey breast, there are little sausages to cook, and a great big pork pie - and a lot more besides
We will definitely play our new game again with them, it's called Randomise, if you like games have a look on amazon, we all loved it and hardly stopped laughing to draw breath

Morning all, cold and frosty here today but very sunny.

Our ex-restaurant owning Italian neighbour gave us a wonderful tiramisu the other day so we are giving him some of MrsC's Christmas cake in return. We are taking MrsC's father to Sainsbury's in ten minutes. Have a good day everybody!

Di - my 7kms was much easier than I anticipated I'm very glad to say.

Perhaps because we'd covered about 30kms in Nerja this made it easier - anyway, I'm feeling very happy with my start.

Friends of mine in the UK played Randomise on Christmas Day and are still laughing!

Think I'll get Craig to buy it!

It's the first anniversary of us moving here, so we're having a slob out day, due to various achy backs, knees and are out for dinner tonight

Hannah and baby Charlotte are doing well, not sure how long they'll be in hospital. She sent me another lovely photo this morning, don't know how we managed before messenger. Even my sister Sue in Oz has succumbed, she's always resisted Fb but has a new phone, her first smartphone, and Bec my niece has set her up. Think she forgot the time difference though, she was trying it out at 3am this morning, sort of heard a ping, but not enough to fully wake me up

We're off to the cinema to see Rogue One the new Star Wars spin off at 2ish this afternoon. The reviews are good, really looking forward to it.
