Meeting up with the usual group of friends - we've gotten together the past three or so years. A very chilled evening involving lots of chatting and more eating and drinking

Lunch out New Years Eve then home for a few hours.

Back to la plaza for 11.30 to meet loads of friends for the customary town hall chimes and the eating of a grape and swigging of the cava at midnight. :D :D

Then off to Jose's to paaaartyyyyy. :lol: :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

I do envy you Prague Osc! :mrgreen: I hope you have a terrific time and am looking forward to the photos :D

We're not going out, but will see it in with a glass of something at midnight no doubt. On New Year's Day we are out for lunch with D and Mick's brother and his wife :)

We've booked a dinner/dance for the evening and will be staying overnight at the hotel. It's right on the seafront so looking forward to brekkie and the view on New Years Day.

NYE used to be 'parent's evening' as Xmas was for the children. Then the children grew up and joined in. Now they have grown some more and have their own children, so it is their 'parent's evening'.

Us oldies... we now do what the hell we like. Image
