Good morning. :)

As soon as it's light I'm off for a run - operation Norway going well after yesterday's 24km yomp.

Home to stomach curl challenge, shower and enjoy being at home for the rest of the day. 8-) 8-)

Have a good day everyone.

Good morning! It's bright and cold here today.

First up is a walk on the Chase with Billy. I'll cook dinner when we get back and after eating it'll be time to take Tom back to uni. The last 2+ weeks have gone so quickly!

Saundra, are you feeling any better?

Have a good day all!

Morning Ally, Jo and everyone

Windy here, with rain forecast :Hi: :Hi:

We have guests later, so I need to go into Ourique and get some supplies - as in beer, wine  8-)

So a bit of a tidy and and dusting will also be done.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

You're doing well with that challenge Ally, I'm back to zumba and Pilate's this week after a three week break!

Jo it's bright and cold here too, a big improvement on yesterday's pouring rain. Wishing Tom a good term back at uni :)

Well there is a Weight Watcher's meeting today, despite it being a Bank Ho!iday. They don't usually open on BH's so it will be just the scales for tbose who want to pop in - no shop, and no teas and coffees or the usual pep talk after the weigh-in. Most of the other helpers won't be there for various reasons, but when Brenda asked me I couldn't think of a good excuse, so I'm going in, even though the others will have another week to ditch the Christmas podge

Actually I'm glad to go back, I need to get back on track :x  After the meeting I might nip across the road to Debenhams and look in the sa!e, as I still have most of the gift card that Chris gave me :)

How are you feeling now, Saundra? xxx

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Positive thinking there Kaz..get the scales bit over and done with and back on track. (Wonder if you're like me? I haven't actually put any weight on, I just feel splodgy round my middle.) The stomach curl challenge should help that!

I need to train hard for this Norway hike - there's no way I'm not going to be in peak fitness to enjoy every moment of it!

Morning Ton and Jo. :)

How are you feeling Saundra? xx

Good morning, a frosty and bright one here.

Blimey Ally, you must be as fit as a lop! Enjoy your guests Ton and don't overdo the zumba Kaz!

Shopping today, we need a new kettle and some food, and taking down the tree and cards. Soon be spring!

Morning :)
After yesterday's horrid rain all day it's a beautiful day, very cold but sunny and bright :D

Good luck Kaz, deep breath and back to it :)
Ally so far so impressive :) I too feel a bit splodgy; I did my usual trick and lost a kilo before Christmas, so all I've done is put that back on, happy with that :) A few days of nice h/m soups etc will soon have me feeling better.
Jo it has gone fast hasn't it x

We have nice new bedding to collect from W/rose, courtesy of John Lewis's sale, and probably a bit of shopping, not sure we need anything yet but they might have some bargains. Our freezer is fairly empty so we have room for some goodies!
Saundra they were just talking on the radio about this horrible bug, take care and keep resting (((xx)))
