For those of you who are not au fait with the Brum meets, Jo does not mean the WHOLE day, just ten hours, or so.

Don't go getting the idea we are 'stick-in-the-muds'; there are a few other drinking establishments in Birmingham we visit in order to spread our bonhomie around.

And Breakfast at Tiffany's has nothing on Breakfast at the Briar Rose.

You are all welcome to join in, you do know that? It is not anything like the drinking session we like to make out... we only take sips between our chatting and laughing.

I'll second that. If you haven't been before, let me assure you that we all behave respectfully,
and it is lovely to meet those who have become our friends here on Vocal Voices.
