Good morning.

The forecast rain arrived promptly at 7.10 am. At the moment it's drizzly but at least it's warm.

I'm going to a teaching conference at Malaga university today (oooh, get me ) and I'm meeting a work colleague at 9am - I'm driving and she's navigating.

Back home around 3ish and I'll drop the car at home then walk to work for homework club 4.30 - 6.30.

Meeting Don then for our usual Friday beers and tapas.

Good morning Ally and Rodo.

It's cold here but not particularly frosty. The roads were icy when we drove home from dropping Tom back at his flat last night though so I'll check the footpaths before I do anything. The plan is to walk Billy and then go to Stafford so we'll see.

We had a lovely night last night. Great meal and lovely to be all out together, we dropped Tom back and went in for coffee so spent an hour in the kitchen chatting with his flat mates.

Food shopping tonight.

Becky's little car aka Goldie is having her MOT this morning. B insured her earlier this week, so we're hoping she'll be roadworthy and B can get some practice in her. Not sure what I'm doing yet, will see how the weather goes

Very dull, grey and damp here - not proper rain so not worth putting up a brolly, but just this fine damp drizzle in the air that seems to soak everything. And a tad on the nippy side again. I think tonight is meant to be cold again but then looking at the forecast for next weeks the day time temps are going up again; so much for that cold spell as mentioned above..

Usual work day for me, out to run an errand for my boss in a bit (oh joys! - not) and then evening home.

Dry at the moment, but a lot of rain last night and more to come.

No doubt the Portuguese water cat will be out in it later - well, I know she will, as she's not a people cat and we have friends coming round for dinner later, so she'll scarper.
