I took out what I thought was chicken from the freezer - turned out it was mince.

Also, pork mince, not beef

So we're having couve roxa, mashed spuds, with a sort of pork mince shepherds pie - without the crispy top - this new grill is rubbish

One day, I'll learn to a) label stuff and b) take the right stuff out

WM, all our meat is organic, so something that looks quite pale, in my freezer, could quite possibly be chicken or lean pork mince

Ton I do that so when I decided to defrost the freezer I end up throwing bags of stuff out just little things tho
I can recognize a joint mince I can't

Leave the beans out then
Add lots of chopped peppers
