I've just pegged the washing out and there, sitting in my peg basket, was a gekko.

I don't know who got the bigger fright!

Morning all and a very happy Friday :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

Kaz, the fresh air will do Mick the world of good I'm sure, esp if he's been cooped up at home feeling sorry for himself ;) But I do hope he feels 100% better very soon; and you as well of course xx

Ally, poor little gecko :) I love watching them
Jo enjoy your shopping.

Spring definitely is in the air... still a bit nippy in the mornings but I'm now able to open the back door a bit to let fresh air in and just enjoy hearing the birds chirping away; it's lovely. I'm hoping to get some stuff done in the garden this weekend as well; a definitely happy moment for me

Today is a usual work day and evening home. Tomorrow I'm heading back into London to meet up with friends for lunch; don't really like coming into town on a weekend given I do it every day, but it'll be fab to catch up with these particular friends

Have a lovely day all xx

Morning all :D it looks quite pleasant out there, sun and cloud. I am heading out quite soon to a nearby shopping centre for a few bits, giving Mr Osc a lift to the golf club on the way - I'll do anything to avoid doing some ironing  I also want to get toiletries ready for our Spanish trip as next week could be busy - my brother is coming to stay the night on Monday, I want to be on standby in case Miss Osc wants help with packing for their move on Saturday week, we will have both children all day on Thursday as Michael will be on his mid term break, Friday is getting ready for going away, out Friday night and away early Saturday. Have a good Friday everyone :)

Oh no - sorry to hear you've not been well Kaz - glad you're feeling better now,, and the better weather definitely helps! It's gorgeous and sunny here too, with little breeze. I went off for a Nordic walk yesterday afternoon to get the best of the sunshine, really enjoyed it!

I have Charlie at the vets later for his second jabs....whilst stroking him yesterday afternoon I felt a few scabby-type lumps around his neck where his collar goes, and then another which appeared to have been knocked off and the skin below was a bit sore and pink, so I have taken his collar off to see how it goes. I'll ask vet about it. His appointment isn't till 1pm but it's cocked my day up a bit - I'd usually have gone into town this morning for coffee and a mooch, but time wise that's not really feasible, as i would have to come back for Charlie and return to town for 1.....ah well it'll give my waistline a break!

Hope everyone has a lovely day whatever you are doing xx
