The main event is tuna, with olive oil, garlic and lots and lots of onions. Believe me, as a non fish eating person, it's not bad ;) 8-)

Fresh tuna is lovely :)
I've had a variation of this, but it wasn't called a stew. It was a bed of crispy potatoes, with a barbecued tuna steak, topped with onions and tomatoes, and was delicious.
