They never told me it was blocked! They told me that someone had tried to accesss my account from another browser, using an old password, and to change my password. They then sent me a number of codes to do the trick, but none of them worked!
For their information; that 'someone' was ME. I tried to access MY account from MY tablet using IE instead of Opera. I do (NOT) apologise to Faceprats for not sticking to one device, in one location, on the same connection using the same browser!
They probably also wanted me to onlu access their ^%*)£ site at the same times while drinking the same brand of coffee from the same mug.
