Whoops - done it again

Took 2 freezer bags out of the freezer, looked like pork steaks.

Well, one was

The other is pork bifana - which is flattened pork steak

I really really should label them - but as we0've said before, takes the fun out of it, doesn't it

My freezer is full of them! However, they do make some mealtimes, erm, interesting.

I once took out a chicken breast before going to bed. The next day it had doubled in size because it was......... a ball of pizza base dough.
