We've not been out and about - apart from the local bar - so much in all out time in the Algarve.
Today was Pieter's birthday and so we were invited to his house this afternoon for drinks and nibbles.
Being Dutch, we started with coffee and cake
as is normal there He's also made some gert lush meatballs, in a satay sauce, salads and all sorts of other lovely things to munch on.
We spent 4 hours there, with 1 American, 3 Dutch, 1 Austrian and 1 South African.
Boy, did we cover all sorts of topics
And the best bit? He made too much of everything, so we have tomorrows dinner already
