Morning everyone

We had thick fog this morning   and it took a while to clear, especially over the mountains, so no internet   :cute: :cute:

Safe journey home to Ally's mum and dad x

Gorgeous here now - been busy picking the last of the broad beans, they're now in the freezer. Pulled up all the plants and Grumpy is now going over that part of the allotment, ready to plant some runner beans.

Hope you all have a good day, despite the weather xx

Good morning all.

It's a lovely morning here, - warm enough to go for my morning walk without a coat.
I wonder how long it will last? We might even have a session in the garden after lunch.
How long will it last, though?

Hope you are all enjoying this touch of Spring.

Chilly here too. Big Sunday dinner coming up with seven of us.

Last night I managed to cut my hand on the foil top of a wine bottle, spill wine all down the wall and over the floor and get bloody hand prints on the door jamb. The perils of the demon rum!

The wall needs painting now but a quick brush should sort it.

Have a good day everyone. Don't get sunburned Ally and Ton!

Morning all..........well almost

Dull and overcast here.

Safe flight home Ally's parents.

Enjoy the birthday meal Jo.

Having a quiet day here, it would have been mother's 91st birthday today.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Afternoon all, really gorgeous day here, not a cloud in the sky. We had a lovely walk on the pier before it got too crowded, met Miss Osc with Kellie, Kellie was flying along on her scooter. Then we walked along the prom and I got an icecream. Met the others again, they had been walking up the street behind us, so Kellie had to come in for a jelly baby  Mr Osc is making pancakes now and I am about to hang out some washing, then start on the packing - we have the children tomorrow and also part of Tuesday, so today is my last full day to get organised. Just looking out the window and Howth is crammed full of people, glad we got out early for our walk!

Jo we popped up to Trioscape, the garden centre where I sometimes go with D, and picked up some lovely bedding plants, and herbs :D It's about a 15 minute drive, out between here and Newent, on the edge of the Forest of Dean :) It was hot up there, so we sat outside their cafe in the sunshine, with a cuppa, looking over the fields :)

It's always back to reality with a bump after a holiday, isn't it Di? Get planning ;) :D

(((((Jen))))) xx

Yikes, Cromwell :o

Yummy Ton, love beans! :D

Glad you have the sunshine too Aggers :)

Nearly time for your trip Osc! 8-) :D

The sun has reluctantly shown it`s face at last :D
Been to Aldis and bought some Busy Lissies and Petunias.
We bought Geraniums and Lobelia last week so if the weather
is nice tomorrow Don will plant the hanging baskets and the
garden pots. Grandaughter Klara and her partner have just
bought their first home and she has asked Grandad to make her
some Hanging Baskets as they have a nice garden.
We have yet to see their home but it is in a nice part of Eastbourne
just off the seafront.
