Slightly fragile this morning, it was our neighbour's birthday party last night (the one whose husband died).
So pleased she went ahead with it, quite a few of us couldn't go to the funeral.
All neighbours from quite a small radius which was nice, we don't often all get together.
Her son-in-law did rather too good a job of keeping the glasses topped up and I seemed to forget you can say no until a bit too late

Got our shiny new pc yesterday afternoon, plugged it all together and the monitor wouldn't come on!
So annoying, but the guy is working today so Bb has taken it over...

Washing machine just bleeped at me so I'll be off

Good morning all! It's sunny, quite warm and very breezy here, the washing's out on the line but I'm sure I keep feeling a bit of rain in the air.

I walked Billy first thing, we went for around 4 miles and it was lovely. John had gone out on his bike when we got back. I've since prepared dinner, I'm making a chicken pie with veg, and I've tatted around doing jobs in the garden too. We had a lot of rain during the night by the looks of things and the forecast for the coming week doesn't look brilliant so it might not have got done out there if I'd left it.
