Good morning.

Scorchio. 8-) 8-)

Run done and the pool awaits for a swim.

I'm not going to be around much this week - lots to do and my cousin is flying over from America on Wednesday so I'll be with him. :D :D

Enjoy the day everyone.

Morning all.

Enjoy the work Ally...

It is clear bright and heading for 30c today. It's more of the same for me, job hunting interspersed with work in and around the house. I have concreting to complete outside the workshop and a bit of cementing to do where levels are not quite right. Mrs S will be tiling some of the area which is already done and I'll be mixing the tile cement for her. Inside I'm doing the last finishing parts on the utility room and freezer room, mainly final plasterboarding, door architraves and a few smaller boxing in bits.

I had an interview for a job in Munich last week, hoping for a second interview in the next few days. We'll see. I'm also specifically looking to see if any short term work crops up for system upgrades after the world wide wannacry attack last week.

Have a great day all.

Good morning all.

It's been raining here in the night, and it looks like there is more on the way.
We are off to Birmingham this morning, to the Jewellery Quarter, to pick up
a precious timepiece that needed an overall. Hope the rain keeps off.

See you later, Alligator Have a nice day..

Good Morning to you all,
Rain on the way by the look of the sky.
Don planted all the tubs and the hanging baskets yesterday
so the rain will be welcome.
My stomach feels a bit better today so will go to Doc and ask
for different antibs.
Going to Aldis later to get lager and wine and a bottle of scotch
for me!!!
Have a good day. :D

Good morning all. We have a bit of a rarity here - it's raining. Good luck on the job front Suff and enjoy the warmth Ally and Ton.

Have a lovely day everyone.

ps - I can't remember who it was who advised us to get a cat flap that only let our cat in? Ria? Well we now have one and it works a treat, so thanks!

Morning all

A rather busy start to the day here; only just coming up for air.

Usual / usual for me today again. Need to iron my summer clothing (the one downfall of linen) and then start packing! :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

Cromwell, may well have been me re the catflap; they are fab and I do recommend them to anyone that has a cat.

Have a lovely day all x

Good afternoon all, it's a bit wet here today and quite breezy.

I'd set my alarm for 5.30am after checking the forecast before going to bed. The rain was forecast to start around 8 and go on all day so I thought I'd get up early and take Billy for an extra long walk in case he couldn't get out again. I looked outside at 5.30 and it was dry, checked the forecast again and it had changed, the rain was due to start at noon....so I went back to bed for an hour. When I woke at 6.30 it was raining
We got out at around 8 for an hour and a half though, and then it started again just as we reached home.

John's on a site visit in Oxford today and Joe's just getting ready for his driving lesson.

Good luck Suff!

Have a good day all!
