I was so embarrassed i don`t think i can go back.

Since an incident some years ago when i walked round a shop with my skirt caught in my knickers i
have become neurotic about getting Don to check before i go out.
Yesterday i changed into a lighter skirt and went round to Morrisons shopping.
For some reason i did`nt get Don to check.
I was happily shopping when i saw some women laughing and pointing.
One of the woman came over and told me my skirt was caught up and i was showing
my knickers. I felt terrible.
Luckily i had put some black ones on as it would have been worse if i had my Tena
pants on.
I don`t think i can go back in there as i don`t kn ow who else saw me

Oh Lissie, poor you. It wasn't very nice of that woman to laugh, bet she's done it herself before.

I know I have and done some other daft things. Leave it for a couple of weeks and then go back to the shop if you need to. You'll find that if any.one had seen you, they'll have soon forgotten.

Oh dear Lissie, I'm glad one of the ladies came over and told you. Not very impressed with the ones who laughed though  I did the same thing after using the ladies at the theatre many many years ago, luckily someone told me immediately, but I remember feeling very embarrassed.

Not nearly as silly as, again at the theatre, after climbing a great flight of stairs I walked straight into a mirror thinking it was a crowd of people  still haven't lived that one down

That wasn't very nice of the ladies to laugh and point Lissie, I wonder if they'd have told you if you hadn't noticed them doing that :?

I shouldn't laugh reading this I would be mortified if it happened to me
I have a long mirror in the hall so I check I'm ok before I go out
I bet when you go back into the shop nobody will remember you will laugh about it one day :Hi:

It was mean of them to laugh :( Nobody will remember though, if you go back, genetrally people are too self-absorbed when shopping to worry ;) xxx

I have several times been tapped on the shoulder and told I still have a price ticket sticking out of the back of my top, or dress! :?   What's worse is they are usually sale tickets, as I do love a bargain

Totally. But as Kaz said, Lissie, I'm sure nobody will remember so don't feel embarrassed about going back there.

Anyway, if you knew the number of times I've been out shopping with flies undone  .... occupational hazard for a male .. :D

That is so easily done. Been there and done it myself. My nose was a painful reminder for a good half-hour afterwards ....

Oh poor you Lissie, I can imagine how embarrassing it must have been at the time. As for that woman laughing - shame on her. There's been more than one occasion at Waterloo when I've told someone that part of their clothing wasn't sitting quite right and without fail everyone has been very grateful to be told.

But look on the bright side - at least you were wearing knickers :D

And as for not going back - unless you go there on the same day of the week at the same time, all the time then chances are you'll never ever see the same people again. I certainly wouldn't remember anyone I'd seen in a shop

Go back there sooner rather than later and treat yourself to something nice!

They will soon forget Lissie, I'm sure.

A few years ago at work I felt a loose thread in the crotch of my trousers and pulled at it. Something then felt wrong. I realised that my trousers were now unstitched from the crotch right up to the belt line at the back. Then ten seconds later the fire alarm went...

It was only a drill but we all had to vacate the building, a four storey tower block..

I made sure I was the last one out and stood nonchalantly with my back firmly to the wall once outside.. I was the last one back in the building as well!
