That all sounds lovely Ally! :D :D

Morning all :) Another cooler day, but still pleasant :) Not much sleep here, Mick had an out of hours job to do at 10pm, which lasted until gone midnight, then the dogs were awake very early  I'm going shopping with D this morning, then I really must get the ironing done - no excuses now the hot weather has broken  :cute:

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all,
Still humid but a bit fresher and cooler at last.
Got to tax the car but just looked and the MOT is due
so will have to get that done first!!
Nothing exciting today--same old--same old.
Have a good day.

Morning all :D

Glad you had a lovely day yesterday Ally.

Well I'm not sure what happened to the promised thunder storms yesterday, but apart from about 5mins of big spots of rain it stayed hot and very muggy all day. Woken up to sunshine again this morning although we must have had a power cut or surge in the night as the clocks on the microwave and coffee machine needs resetting.

Up early as I'm off to The Botany for coffee with three of the ladies this morning. E's still in bed, he's got a dodgy tummy so won't be going far today. Not sure what's caused it as we've eaten much the same and I feel fine.........touch wood. If this sunshine lasts expect we'll relax in the garden this afternoon.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning everyone

Lovely and cool this morning, with a lovely breeze, keeping us and the house cool at 21C :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: I've even put long trousers on

Have fun with the boys Ally xx

Not a lot going on here. I've got a rather sore right buttock - I'll post on the embarrassing thread ;) - Antonia is coming up sometime today to have a swim and we'll be trying to persuade Grumpy to let her show him some yoga exercises which will help with his breathing and lower his bp. No having much luck, but we'll keep on trying ;)

Had a lovely and boozy time at the bar last night. Carlos turned up, then Dimas, then Antonia, then Mitch, then Steve and they all bought us a beer, not asked, just plonked a bottle on the table    Just glad that it was only flan and salad for dinner   Would have been a disaster in the kitchen if I had to cook

Have a lovely day everyone, whatever you're doing - even the ironing Kaz x

Morning everyone and a very happy Friday to you all

Ally enjoy the day and esp the evening with the men in your life - such fun to be together
Kaz, hope the ironing pile dwindles swiftly. Enjoy the shopping with D
Jen, we were meant to have rain yesterday as well, but not a drop to be had. But it was lots cooler so I didn't have to water the plants this morning. Enjoy the coffee with the ladies and hope E feels better soon. Could well be that he's just got a more sensitive tummy than you?
Eeek Jan - 21 only; brrrrrrr. Glad you had a lovely time at the bar - they are lovely people. Hopefully Grumpy will listen to Antonia, because it really will do him the world of good

Well, another usual / usual for me. It was lovely being home on time last night and just relaxing and not doing anything. The weekend is pretty busy so it'll be nice to have another relax evening at home.

Have a lovely day all, enjoy whatever it is you're all up to xxx

Morning all, dullish and damp here and seems to be rather breezy. It's Michael's sports day this morning, so I will head up there in a little while - better make sure to bring a brolly! Mr Osc has gone to play golf. I'll just do a few little chores before I go if I can make myself stop researching a cruise we are thinking of doing next year  :cute:

Morning all - cloudy and cool here too but par for the course really as we have two weeks holiday from work starting tomorrow (for me, tonight for Tom) - plan on going to the caravan on Sunday for a few days, hopefully weather will be kind!

Well we are now a one car family! Tom's had the bright blue gas van (haha, Berlingo) just over 7 years, and he usually changes cars a lot more frequently! He's a bit of a softie deep down, got a bit upset when the couple who came to look at it drove it away......after I'd spent ages cleaning the interior out!! You've NO idea what rubbish he kept in there! A bin on four wheels! I'm a lot more pragmatic about cars.....he thought I was heartless when I laughed at him for being upset      I mean a car's a car, right?

I CBA to take him to work at 6.45 this morning in order to use mine today, so I am having a day 'at home' 8-) ;) Meeting Jan for lunch shortly, I have his DVLA exchange of ownership thing to post and a script to collect from the chemist, hopefully can do all that at the same time and who knows, I might get some more of my book read this aftie, it's been way too hot to sit in the conservatory lately but today is lovely :D :D

Have a lovely Friday, whatever you're up to xx

Afternoon :)
Cooler here, cloudy but dry - we didn't get a drop of rain either

Busyish here, I'm just back from craft. Bb's been working here so after lunch we're going out with Minnie for a walk by the sea, then to the pop-up farm shop for some steak and sausages :)
Hope you're all having a good day
