Good Morning Tuesday

Postby JoM » 11 Jul 2017, 06:39

Good morning all, it's a very wet one here.

I'm waiting for a parcel this morning but it's due between 11 and 12 so it's not too bad a wait. There's some cleaning I can be getting on with in the meantime. Tom's at work all day and Joe has no plans.

Have a good day all!

Morning Jo, hope it arrives on time :)

Morning all, much cooler here today, rain forecast for later, which is ok as we really need it! My lawn looks like a brillo pad

Mick is off to Sheffield, for a meeting, back tomorrow. He is still limping from turning his ankle on Sunday, but insisting it's ok  No zumba today, I am taking H shopping this morning, for clothes and sports stuff for next term, then we are both going to see D, for lunch. WW was a surprise yesterday, still lost half a pound despite the Brum shenanigans

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning everyone

Lovely sunshine this morning and we're heading for another heat-wave

Will do the watering after my coffee, then a cooked breakfast - bacon, eggs and fried bread, lush

Not sure what I'll do today, in the pool, that's for sure 8-) and then Antonia is cooking for 5 of us tonight.

Safe journey home Ally x

have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Raining steadily here too. My brother and his wife are coming over today so we're doing a nice dinner for them.

Have a good day everyone.

Morning everyone

Enjoy the dinner this evening Jan; no doubt a fun evening ahead x
Jo, hope the parcel arrives as expected and you then have the rest of the day to do as you want

same here Kaz, rain expected from later today through to tomorrow early morning. I'm really crossing fingers it happens - the garden is desperate for a good soak. Well done on the WW; that is a bonus :D
Saundra, enjoy your men in Lycra. Kaz and I thought of you when we were in Birmingham and waiting for our trains back home - Kaz went into WHSmith to get a magazine and there was a book / album thing all about the Tour de France - men in lycra on the front cover
Safe travels Ally xxx
Cromwell, enjoy your day and the visitors; will they stay over?

Well another usual / usual for me

Have a lovely day everyone xx

Morning all, dull damp and cool here :( Mr Osc is not playing golf, so we have made a spontaneous decision to go into town. There is a Vermeer exhibition at our recently extensively refurbished National Gallery, so we have booked that and then will have a nice lunch somewhere. Having got dressed into jeans and a teeshirt, I now need to smarten up a little :D I'm a bit stiff today after the gym yesterday, so keeping on the move will be good for me.

Morning all :D

Feels a little fresher after the thunder and lightening yesterday evening. Nice and dry at the moment but think we're promised more rain.

We're off to the cinema later, Spider-Man: Homecoming this week. The Toby Carvery is just 5mins walk from the cinema so might pop in there for dinner afterwards.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning all,
Dull and cloudy but so far only raining on and off.

That sounds good Osc, hope you enjoy it x
Saundra I agree, it's lovely to watch. I haven't seen any this year as there's been a lot of cricket on ;)
Have a lovely day and fun evening Ton :)

I've got a parcel coming too, my new walking sandals, 11.30-12.30 :D
Nothing else today apart from a telephone appt at the same time as the parcel :)
After yesterday's busy schedule I'm quite happy with that.

Hope everyone has a good day despite the rain
