Good Morning Sunday

Postby JoM » 16 Jul 2017, 02:30

Good morning all!

It's 3.23am here and me and Joe are up watching Man Utd's first pre-season game. It's being played in LA which accounts for us being up at such a stupid time. Two more games at this time this week and then I think they move to the East Coast which means that timings are slightly better

Might walk Billy when it's finished, providing the sun's risen by then.

Nothing else is planned for today apart from to drop Tom at New St this evening. He's getting a train to Stansted and then flies to Berlin in the morning.

Sending love to Ally and Don xx

Have a good day all

Morning Jo, Kaz and everyone

Lovely and cool at the moment, another 40C day on the cards, then we're cooling down a bit during the week. So the house work can wait until then ;)

Berlimey Jo, that's dedication 8-) 8-)

Not a lot planned for today, there's the grand prix to watch and also men in lycra :)

Hugs to Ally and Don xx

Have a good a day as you can everyone xx

Good morning all.

The weather looks a bit uncertain here at the moment, but we're going into town shortly
to have a look round the shops. Nothing else planned for today, except watching on TV
the Women's Final at Wimbledon

Have a nice day.

Good morning, all. It's a nice day here and hopefully the cloud will clear away as I fancy some time lying out in the sun. Yesterday was very warm, we went for a stroll after 7pm and it was 22 degrees  Jo, does your Skybox not record :P Mr Osc is currently watching the match as there was no way he was getting up in the middle of the night

Got a lovely surprise earlier, our former neighbour popped an envelope in our letterbox, which contained a €20 voucher for a bookshop, thanking us for our help, isn't that so kind. In addition to checking out the house in the early hours of Thursday morning, Mr Osc had also gone to help her on Friday when there was a problem reconnecting her phone to her alarm unit - the company rang him and asked if he could help, as N was getting herself in a muddle. But we would never expect anything in return, because of course this is the lady who allowed us to store all our stuff in her unoccupied bedsit for almost six months when we were between houses nearly three years ago.

Morning all :)
It's not sunny but far nicer and warmer than yesterday.

Osc you are obviously both very nice neighbours, it makes such a difference doesn't it.
Kaz enjoy your Sunday Saturday, you'll be confused tomorrow :D
Jo you're nuts
Enjoy your day off Ton x
Aggers today is the men :)

Cricket on now, then grand prix, then more cricket :)
It's the town carnival today so any shopping will have to be done later.
We've been putting our heads together on the Times jumbo crossword from yesterday. Sometimes Bb knocks it off on the Saturday, some weeks it can take till Thursday, but we usually get there.
Today after much brain-stretching we have just two clues left, and they only have four letters each! Frustrating :)

Love and hugs to Ally

Hi everyone

Thanks for all your good wishes and thoughts. xx

Today we are both very subdued..understandably.

It's furnace hot so quite happy to stay in and watch the tennis.

We'll go out for a walk later and maybe have a beer.

Hard isn't it Ally, one of Bb's good friends died very suddenly, very young, a few years ago, he was quite lost for a good few days xx
