In fairness to Mrs O, if we have had a busy day, and especially if it's very hot as it has been this week, I'm more than happy to have a simple scratch meal for tea (it's our main meal of the day, I just have a soup 'n bun for lunch :D ).

If it can be microwaved and/or boiled in a saucepan ......

We had been having 3 boiled eggs each for tea every day (egg diet), but Ossie has recently developed ethical misgivings .... :lol:
