Anyone for trout?

I've had the most brilliant weekend
And came home with two rather large trout that I CAUGHT
And played, and fought, and hauled in - and even killed the second one myself
One rainbow, given to our neighbour who was thrilled with it
And one beautiful, bigger - around 3lbs, quite a size - brown one

Brown trout now beautifully filleted, thanks to watching one youtube video and a very sharp knife, 4 fillets in the freezer plus the trimmings to make pate
