Just about to have a swim then getting ready to pop in to work around 11 and meet my students for next week.

Yesterday's yomp was superb but will enjoy relaxing later by the pool with my book.

Going to be another hot day, but there is a lovely breeze this morning, so all the windows and doors are open. I'll be shutting everything soon though

Grumpy out painting, I've done the watering and Molly is crunching on her breakfast - think it's a bird

General pootling, until it gets too hot, then stay inside - I sometimes stay outside for a while, but phew, I start leaking, just turning a page of my book over

Antonia is tonights chef, so we'll get there just before 7. Should be a good night, as Mitch is going and he's such good fun

well no way can anyone here in the UK use the words 'today' and 'hot' in the same sentence Summer well and truly seems to have decided to go elsewhere. Grey and dull again this morning.

Well I didn't get my lazy, indoor day yesterday after all, as the torrential rain stopped abruptly just before lunchtime, and Harry wanted to go and get his stationery for college, so out we trotted, the three of us, as B wasn't working, and she wanted to look at a phone upgrade Mission successful Went to zumba

I really need to get some cleaning and ironing done today. Harry also wants me to cut his hair - well, run the clippers over it, anyway Pilates tonight

I was thinking that the other evening Saundra, I was outside wearing a jumper. And all this week, the french doors leading to the front garden have condensation on them in the morning; usually only happens in Autumn / Spring, not July!

Morning all

Bit dull and overcast here.

Didn't get out yesterday, too sore. Need to do the weekly shop today, could be interesting, I'm struggling to walk right now. I can cope with the ankle, it's my hip causing most of the problem, it just gives and is quite excrutiating. Just taken a cocktail of pills so fingers crossed it helps.
