One moment...Ally!!! 4 days!!? :Hi:

Good morning all (just), it's sunny here so Billy had a lovely walk. We stopped to talk to two lovely ladies who we often see from a distance on Sunday mornings. They'd picked two huge containers of blackberries on the common. They were going home to make a pie for after their lunch and some jam. John's out on his bike and Joe's in bed still, I expect he'll be up to watch the football shortly. He went out with John last night for a bike ride, that's twice in the last week and he said he'd really enjoyed himself.

There's a ham joint in the slow cooker, it's been cooking since 7am so I'll do some veg later. It smells lovely and Billy keeps going into the kitchen to have a sniff.

I've done nothing all morning apart from messaging a friend on Facebook. They're moving to the Weston Super Mare area next month, her husband has had a promotion which means they need to move and while clearing out some cupboards she came across a photo of Joe and her son Will at Polperro when they were toddlers and sent it to me via Facebook...we've been chatting ever since. It's a shame as she'll be missed (her husband will be too, he's an old college friend of John's) and she'd opened a shop in town less than a year ago, she's a very talented dressmaker and her business was doing so well but now she's had to close.

Welcome home Cromwell!

Saundra, I hope the tablets do the trick xx Take it easy!

Safe journey to Jacob!

Have a good day all!
