Shame about Monarch, we flew with them to Egypt many years ago. They've been in trouble since the terrorism in Egypt, Tunisia and Turkey which were their main routes. Losing that trade cost them millions and they just don't seem to have been able to recover. Glad it won't affect your holiday kaz.
Terrible news from Las Vegas, lots of people dead and injured. Doesn't look like a terrorist act, but it does make you wonder if/when the US will ever deal with it's gun laws. Sadly I doubt it

My sister called quite early when she was going to the playground with Kellie, she had some stuff for us about Washington. Then I went to the gym, a new woman has started going to the class so afterwards I asked if she would like to come to the cafe for a cuppa. We had a nice chat and when we were going, she thanked me for asking her, saying she had felt a bit out of it because everyone seemed to know everyone else. That's how I felt when I started there so I understood how she felt.
