Where did the weekend go?!

Hot & sunny forecast again.

I'm off for a walk shortly then back to get ready to go and see my folks for a few hours.

Not a very nice one, dark and dull and gloomy.

Up and at 'em early as yoga now starts at 9.30 which is early in my world
I always get up early but it's a different matter being ready to face the world

Morning everyone

Going to be a glorious day, but I left all the seat cushions out last night and now they're all damp

Such a good afternoon/evening(night last night, so we're doing it again tonight Only beacuse, yes, we all made too much food, so Judy, Carlos, Vicky, Keith, Steve, Jackie, Mitchell and us will be finishing it off.

This morning it's tidy and wash up, sort out, then down to the bar for a beer or three, then back here to finish off the food. Vicky made the most wicked salad, with the hottest sauce I've had for many a year And people were sooooo lovely, he had many bottles of wine, port, brandy and a lovely coffee mug, with a picture of our house on it

And Molly didn't run away, as she used to do, but watched from the field next door and sometimes came over for a chat

Good morning all, it's a dull one here.

I took Billy early as I wanted to be back in time to get showered and then start ringing the doctors to get a nurse appointment for Joe's pre-surgery vaccinations. I needed my torch to see when we started out this morning!

The washing machine's working it's magic so there'll be a load to dry outside shortly. There's housework to do and then I need to go around to the doctors with Joe after lunch. Shouldn't been too long though as it's only a 2 minute walk away.

Jan, that all sounds fantastic! What a lovely gift the coffee mug was!

It was Jo - we've made such brilliant friends since we moved here.

I knew Judy and Carlos were doing something, as she asked me to let them know when we were going out one day, so they could come up and take photos I'll see if I can take a pic of it and put it on fb, as I'm far too fick to get it on here

I don't know, but if you find out please let me know then I can ask it to come back - I'm no where near done with it. My garden is a mess and so much to do; but the only free weekend I have this month is the very last one So I could easily do with the clock being rewound a bit

Jan, glad yesterday went well, and what fun continuing today. Makes the party last longer and that's what life is all about. And what a good girl Molly
Di, you'll be busy with the yoga by now - hope it was fun
Jo, Crommers and Saundra, enjoy your respective days doing the bits and bobs you're up to. Saundra; will be interesting if you recognise anyone on the TV

A lovely usual/usual for me today - just a pity its too dark in the evenings now and I can't do anything in the garden
