A swim mid morning then nipping over to have a cuppa and a sausage sandwich with the parentals. I love the fact they still have another 3 weeks of their holiday left.

Morning! Almost 8.30 here, and about to go for breakfast! Yum! My favourite meal here

Think we're having a lazy day today, after sightseeing two days on the trot Must pop into reception on the way to brekkie, as when we got back to our room last night the architrive aka one of the wooden bits of the bathroom door had fallen off! It is lovely here, but I don't think they did the snagging properly, after last winter's refurb They say 5*, we reckon 4* tops, but it was a bargain and the sun's shining, so who cares?

Going into town today, to look at jumpers - I don't like winter but I do like jumpers
Also to the hospital for blood test, hoping Tuesday is less busy than Mondays, had to wait an hour and a half last week!

I've a busy day today. Seeing a doctor about a persistent, non-productive cough that
has troubled me for a few weeks, then a follow-up visit to a physiotherapist about my
leg pains, which are now almost cured, then a check-up at the anti-coagulation clinic.
Not much time for anything else!

Sounds a busy day for most of us - Kaz apart - I'll be sorting out which pan/bowl etc belongs to whom and taking them to their homes.

Di, good luck with the appointment and have fun jumper shopping. I need to get a few of those; in fact I really need to revamp my wardrobe.
Aggers, good luck with all your appointments. My sister had a nagging cough a while back that wasn't going away and it turned out to be an allergy so a course of antihistamines soon sorted that. Maybe give that a try as well?

Another usual / usual for me - last one of the week Out for dinner tomorrow after work, Thursday having nails done, Friday GP appointment. I really could do with another one of me at times

Good morning all, the sun's shining and it's quite breezy but not especially cold.

Billy's had his walk and Joe hasn't gone into college today. It's practical all day today and he can't live his one arm after his injections yesterday! He's hoping it's easier by tomorrow as he has a driving lesson in the morning.

I'll be scrubbing the house from top to bottom with a toothbrush today ready for mother in law's arrival tomorrow. There's washing drying on the line, it didn't fully yesterday but I'll leave the ironing for tomorrow night when she's here and John's home, I can escape for a bit of peace in the utility room. Normally I walk Bill for an hour but the forecast is for rain tomorrow evening.

Di, I love jumpers too. Enjoy your shopping trip!

It was certainly quieter

There were a few potatoes, 4 chicken drumsticks and a portion of chilli. So they're in the freezer and I've stripped off the chicken and that's for Molly

I'd be lost without the dishwasher Jan, hated not having one before the new kitchen was installed. Just goes to show how lazy I've become

We're off into town later, need some fruit etc. Will try to go down on the bus, haven't been near the harbour for days now and really do miss it. GP appointment this evening so will finally get my MRI results.
