Good Morning Tuesday

Good morning all, lots of rain forecast for today and I'm waiting for a bit of daylight so I can walk Bill, hopefully before it starts.

Indoor jobs to do today. It was nice enough yesterday that I could get out and tidy the garden though. There's not a single leaf off next door's trees on the lawn now!

Already had some rain here, but the main band is due later.
I have nothing on apart from a phone appt at lunchtime, so can do what I like.

Another lovely morning, but chilly first thing and then as soon as the sun goes down, you need jumpers, slippers, socks and the fire lit otherwise, it's still shorts and t-shirts

Off to Ourique later, need paint, cement and to try and get this blasted pneumonia jab sorted. So it's back to the centro de saude and ask for another prescription from the dozy doc. Might as well do the supermarket shopping, as we're in Ourique, rather than go back tomorrow.

Will be making soup, I think, this afternoon.

Jo, aren't you good? I need to pick loads of red leaves, from my robin trees, out of the gravel on our frontage! I'm waiting until they stop coming down, so I can do it in one go

My cold is pretty much gone, although I didn't sleep well as I had bad reflux Out to see D at lunchtime, she's feeling better but is still breathless

Had a much better night, slept right through, makes such a difference.

We're off to the cinema to see Murder on the Orient Express later this morning. It's had good reviews, looking forward to it.

Good morning all.

It's dull but dry here so far. We are going to a our communal lounge this morning
for a little monthly church service that a local minister provides. A chance to sing
some of my favourite hymns.

Nothing else planned for today, except perhaps a little housework.

Morning all, it is quite a pleasant day here. Mr Osc has gone to play golf and I will be going out to do some shopping shortly. Otherwise some h/worky stuff to be done, just an ordinary day. Continued thoughts for Ally, Don and Joanie.

Too nice to be in side, making soup, I'll go out and carry on stone moving - I'm making a border by the bank.

Back to the centro de saude tomorrow, to hopefully pick up another prescription for Grumpy. Then I can have the flu jab at the same time.

It's been pouring down here for the last hour.

Kaz, the leaves we get in the back garden are from next door's trees. There're two right against our fence. Thankfully he's cut the maple which is close to the house back a bit so we haven't had leaves from that but we've had plenty from their cherry tree, it's bare though now.
