Dubai will certainly be interesting for her. Absolutely no alcohol, holding hands etc though, even if she is in a western part. The authorities sometimes get a bit funny at random intervals for no reason.

I loved Dubai and would love to go back for another explore, I’m sure she will have many good adventures there.
