Morning :)
Dull and drizzly, so not as cold - I prefer the cold!

Not much planned apart from some h-word and a bit of shopping, as we have a really inconvenient 3.30 appointment at Southampton hospital.
I am uncharacteristically cross about it as it's unnecessary so it's wasting their time and mine...

You've got me Ally, what's the A word?

Hope you all have a good day

Morning all :D

Very dull here and I've just noticed it's raining

Up early as I'm off to the hairdresser this morning, the usual cut/colour/blow dry. E's coming with me as I'll have trouble getting from the car park out the back into the salon. Luckily there's a very popular café alongside, it's very well known for it's cooked breakfasts. The plan is to pop into town afterwards for a few bits and bobs, will have to see how the weather turns out.

Have a good day :D

Morning everyone

A lovely morning 8-) 8-)

Grumpy has requested poached eggs for breakfast, I don't like them, so will have something else eggy - Mitch gives us about a dozen a week  not a scrambled egg lover, will have to have a think.

General pootling day. Antonia is coming up this afternoon, with some cumberland sausages for her birthday meal and cheddar cheese :Hi: :Hi: And will be telling us all about her time in Malaga and also the appointment with a modelling agency in Lisbon tomorrow :D :D

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Freezing cold here.
Will try and get my hair cut today. I never make
appointments just go in on the off chance.
My niece`s daughter had a beautiful little boy on
Saturday and posted photos on FB last night.
I suppose that makes me little Leo`s great, great Aunt!!!
She had quite a traumatic time --an emergency caesarian (sp)
as the cord was twice round the baby`s neck but all ok now.
Enjoy your day.

Morning all

Di most TV programmes pass me by as well. There are about 4 or 5 programmes I really enjoy, the rest I'm so not fussed about. Good luck with the appointment later but sorry it's going to be a waste of time :(
Jan; I love eggs in any shape form and size and could easily eat them every day. Egg Mayo with chives on toast, poached, boiled, fried, scrambled.... yum. I could never become a vegan
Lissie, congratulations on the new addition to the family; how lovely

Ally, Kaz, Jen, enjoy your respective days pootling, visiting, having hair done and shopping.

Another usual / usual for me. Karl and Nadine's boiler will hopefully be fixed today so they can shower at home again. Must say it's been lovely having a bit of company these past few evenings, even if only for 1/2 hour or so. But they will be very happy to not have to go out of their way for a shower

have a lovely day everyone x

Good morning all, it's sunny here after a dull start. Looks like there'd been some rain during the night.

Billy's had his walk, a bit later than usual as John's off today. We're off into town shortly to sort out money from Tom's savings account (which is in my name as he's had it since he was a baby) to pay for his car which he's getting at the weekend. I also need to withdraw cash for his half of the insurance and then pay it into our Barclays account so I want my bodyguard with me, I don't feel safe walking across town with a bundle of cash so doing it today while John was with me is preferable.
Joe's got his pre-admission appointment in Stafford at 1pm and after that we'll pop into Costa for coffee and cake.

Might pop to Ikea this evening.

Ria and Di, I have no idea what most TV shows are either. All I've watched recently are The Big Bang Theory on E4, The Middle on Comedy Central and I'm working my way through all 7 (I think?) seasons of Parks and Recreation on Amazon.

Have a good day all!

I don't get to watch much TV...I prefer going out.

But if certain programmes catch my eye then I'll make the time. :P

I haven't heard of any of those programmes Jo. Are they box sets?
