Good afternoon everybody.
Been shopping and to get petrol. We are going dancing tonight and the tank was only a quarter full.
Kaz, Hope Don's second eye goes well. I had both of mine done last year and not have had any problems. Don't need glasses now.
Had to return a parcel to on of the TV shopping channels. When it was delivered there was a free returns label if you took it to an Asda store. Just took it to the counter and got a receipt. No long queue as is usual at the post office.

Afternoon everyone. I was up and out quite early as I was heading out to do some shopping. I got everything that was on my list (and quite a lot that wasn't ). I'm going to the gym shortly, our trainer is doing a course in exercise for - er - more mature people and as part of it has to be filmed giving a talk on nutrition, and showing some exercises, so a few of us are going along to help out. That will take about an hour. Otherwise just relaxing in front of the telly.
