We have a vegan friend.
She eats (obviously) veggies. Of which there are loads of.
Chickpeas, lentils, butterbeans....

Chickpea curry jacket potato....as Marie Carmen says....add spices it all tastes good.

It's a (imo) a difficult diet to follow as opposed to a veggie one.
