Morning all

Bright and sunny here, but E noticed a bit of frost about when he went round for the papers.

We didn't find a chair for the computer yesterday, but did come home with a lovely tree skirt. Too many people everywhere, I don't usually mind, but not so much fun trying to get into crowded shops with a wheelchair. Can't believe how rude some people are, I get that it's a nuisance if you're in a hurry, but really...... The only thing that keeps me sane is the thought that this should be temporary. So sorry for anyone who lives like this permanently.

No plans for today, I've made the jelly and blancmange and we're having roast chicken later, that's it.

When I was stuck in one, only for a couple of weeks, I got bashed in the face several times with supermarket baskets. And you were treated as if you were a complete moron, because you weren't up on your feet.

Domestic goddess bit done, apart from the mopping. it would take too long to dry.

Grumpy has treated me to an extra long flex, so I can just plug the vacuum in once, rather than in every room
