Morning :)
We've had lots of rain and I think there's more to come.

Off early for craft this morning, not sure what else, a bit of shopping I think.

Hope you all have a good day

Morning Di and everyone

Dull and grey here.

Grumpy is going to make some frames up, some can cover the new veggies, as we're in for another few cold nights. We'll get the netting tomorrow. I'll be doing inside stuff, wrapping presents for this secret santa thingy on Christmas Eve and trying to make up poems

Hope Joe had another good night and you get him home today Jo x

have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Bitter cold here but dry and bright.
Shopping for bits for Sunday dinner for son and family.
Can`t go tomorrow as i have to take Don to hospital for an
appointment with a cardiologist to see if he can improve his
mobility and health.
No sign of the baby yet so she will be induced next week
Received a lovely hamper from New Zealand from my niece
with wine and a Christmas cake.
Hope Joe is better today.

Good morning all.

It's dry and sunny here. I shall be off out to the Medical Centre soon,
to get my blood coagulation checked. It looks as though the going will
be somewhat better than it was yesterday, as most of the snow and ice
has now gone.
We put up our Xmas tree and decorations yesterday and are very pleased
with the result.
Hope you are all feeling fine.

Off to see film star dog soon and see if FiL is OK. He was a bit off it yesterday.

Have a good day everyone.

Good morning all, last night's snow is now ice.

Thanks for thinking of Joe. He's okay, he's seen the surgeon this morning and he's popping back to see him later and then the plan is that he'll be discharged this afternoon. I've got a tin of lovely biscuits to take as a thank you as the medical staff have been wonderful, it doesn't seem a lot though for all that they do. For the reputation that Stafford hospital has, we've always had consistently excellent care from very dedicated medical professionals there over the last 21 years, covering two pregnancies, two births, three operations and countless appointments. The less said about the admin side of it the better but I think that's pretty much universal where hospitals are concerned I think.

So yep, pretty much another play it by ear day :)

The hamper sounds lovely Lissie. Quite fancy a bit of Christmas cake now I've read that

Crommers, I hope your father in law is okay this morning. Film star dog?? What have I missed?

Enjoy craft Di! I was going to walk into town to do a bit of shopping this morning but the paths are too icy so it'll have to wait. I'd ordered some Christmas socks from Ebay just to put in with some presents and they were posted, apparently first class, last week but haven't arrived and I do really need to get these last few presents wrapped to drop off in the coming days so I'll have to find something in town.

Have a good day all!

Morning all, it's bright and cold here. Our long day yesterday became even longer as our flight was delayed by an hour while they waited for the plane to be de-iced.....I honestly think two Ryanair flights in one day is more than my spirit can bear  although of course the weather is not their fault. The man beside me slept deeply through the delay and the flight, but at that stage, I was beyond tired and my eyes wouldn't stay shut. We finally got home just after midnight. Slept until after 9am but still feel wiped out. However we were glad to be able to do it.

Thankfully today is an easy day with the children with Kellie in playschool until 12.00. Michael is finished early today at 1.30 but they are being collected at 3pm for a trip to Santa, so it worked out well. Better go and tidy around, and I want to take out some money on my way to collect Kellie.
