Good afternoon everybody.
Went to get petrol and some shopping before nine a.m. Tesco was busy but did not have to queue to be served at the check out. Will not use the self service ones as I always have to ask for assistance.
Back home went to town as I had to go to the bank. Have got a new debit card and wanted to change the pin number and get some more money.
Will only do this inside the bank.
Relaxing now as I was out most of yesterday. I was a member of the Meet & Greet team checking tickets before passengers got on the Santa Special trains. There was a two week old baby and a lady of 102. Several grandparents were bringing their grown up children as well as grand children. It is very popular with extra trains yesterday and today.
Cloudy but dry and warmer.
Going dancing tomorrow evening.

Evening all. I didn't feel too great this morning, bit of an upset tum but I really wanted to go into town as planned. I collected the turkey before we went. "Bumped into" Miss Osc and family in town, it happens every year as we always go to the same places...usually Christmas Eve but a day earlier this year. We had lunch in the same restaurant, it was nice and I enjoyed it. We had nothing to buy, just wanted the atmosphere, although I did buy myself a charm for my Pandora bracelet. Got home quite early and we met our Boston friend while we were walking up from the train, she always comes over at Christmas as does her son with his family, her daughter already lives here. When we were home, I fell asleep in the chair while Mr Osc boned the turkey. Had our tea and just taking it easy now......there's football on
