Merry Christmas!!

It's 5am and we had such a lovely day/evening with the boys we ended up just sitting chatting in the kitchen until now.

I'll set the alarm for 9.30 and we'll get up, open our presents and have bacon rolls and lots of coffee.

Conor will go back to his place to be with Lucia, Jacob's off to Granada for a few days and Don & I are heading to Nerja at noon.

Damp here and we've only just got up

No presents, as we don't bother any more but we'll light the fire soon, which is a present, as it normally gets lit in the afternoon

Friends arriv8ng at 2.00, turkey at 3.00, so I'd better crack on.

Good morning and Nollaig Shona to everyone. It's a very wet day here, and forecast to be so for most of the day. I have my normal Christmas lurgy, started last night, and my voice is fading rapidly As Miss Osc said last night, it wouldn't be Christmas if we weren't sick, she has a dose too. Oh well, I will fill myself up with paracetemol and hope for the best. The head chef is busy already and I am on cleaning duty. I set the table last night and it looks very nice. I had a very lazy morning so far and about to get ready to head over to Karl and Nadine's for the day. We had a lovely evening yesterday; out for dinner then back to mine for our secret Santa.

We've just returned from our walk to a Christmas morning service in a church in town.
It wasn't exactly crowded, but we really enjoyed it.

Now it's time to open our Christmas presents.- and have a cup of coffee.

About to have brekkie, won't be worrying about dinner until early evening. Apart from the usual phone calls with the family, we're planning a nice easy day. Our big day will be tomorrow with the boys.

Family have phoned earlier.
We opened our presents and have both been treated very well.
