And enough mash left to make shepards pie for tomorrow

Pasta with a cheese sauce made from the leftover boursin and philly cream cheeses, for Mick and B. Tomato soup with cheese and crackers for me 8-)

As it's still holidays here till Saturday :P we've decided to keep in with the groove and go out for a couple of beers and a bite to eat. :lol:

We had roast chicken yesterday so it's cold chicken today and I'm using the left over veggies to make bubble and squeak. We'll have peas and pickles too.

Scratch the soup.
I've got creative with the leftovers instead.
Tabbouleh with chopped olives and feta mixed in, pittas and houmus :)

left overs for me... made a small Spanish omelette with some of them; chicken and mushroom with madeira sauce with some others and then seafood pasta (made for lunch) with the rest. So got a good few meals sorted for work

A bit too much salt on the omelette unfortunately but once I get some salad to go with it I'm sure i'll be fine.

Cold Roast Pork left over from yesterday with tomatoes, chutney, peas and chips.
Went down a treat.
