Sounds a bit like the Revlon gel I've got on - it's a Colorstay one called Up the Ante

Feel awful this morning as have been awake since 4 with reflux and bad
stomach. Have got runny nose and sore throat so wonder if the bug is
creeping up on me.
Have a good day.

Good morning all, another dull and misty start here.

Billy's had a 5 mile walk and now John's gone out over the Chase for a bike ride. Joe's stayed off college today as he has a nasty cold. He started to get ready to go but couldn't stop sneezing so he's gone back to bed. Tom's back this afternoon, he's working from 4pm until Midnight today. I might pop into town later but there's housework to do first. No, actually there's coffee to be made first :P

Have a good day all!

Morning all :D

Bit overcast, but dry at the moment. Looks like it could brighten as the day goes on.

Spoke to Matthew yesterday late afternoon as arranged. Not good news, all ops have now been cancelled for the next two weeks. At the moment Mr Syed 'might' resume first week of Feb, but as there are 3 full replacements in front of me, the earliest my op could happen is 8th Feb. He's advised me not to bank on that though, things are so up in the air there's no guarantee ops will fully resume that soon. It's more realistic to hope it will be 15th Feb, but it could be a week or two later :? Oh well, there's nothing I can do so it's just a waiting game now.....

We're popping into town shortly, need to pick up our prescriptions and visit the greengrocer to stock up on fruit and veggies.

Have a good day :D

Morning all - finally got to my Aquafit class yesterday - it's been off for three weeks over Christmas, can feel it today!!! :o

I have just got back from the vets with Charlie for a check up. He's eating really well still and peeing ok but smaller amounts than usual. He's still on meds but a hugely reduced dose from when we first brought him home and he was as high as a kite! So today she has given me a different course of antibiotics for him and advised to stop the other anti spasmodic drugs, and then return with him in three weeks where they'll check his urine again and see if the bacterial infection has cleared up. We'd hoped he would be doing normal wees by now but apparently sometimes the catheter itself causes infection and this could be why. Poor lad :(

Foggy here too today but at least it isn't quite as dark and gloomy as it was yesterday, I had lights on nearly all day.

I went mad last night and ordered a new hoover online. D got a Dyson v7 last week and loves it, so I went for a v6...been after one for ages and they're on sale atm, I got it from the Dyson website for £190, delivery between 12 and 1 today 8-) After which I ight nip into Durham as not been in a while.

Have a good day all and special hugs for everyone xxx

Afternoon all, it looked nicer outside than it actually was :( Mr Osc went to play golf but came back early as the wind was very strong and their caddy cars were blowing over. It's damp and the wind is very raw. I went to the gym and out for a cuppa in the cafe next door afterwards with some of the others. I've had lunch and just pottering around now. Out dancing tonight.

A nice moment in the cafe - Kellie came in with her childminder, they are regulars. I got a nice helping of kisses from Kellie and her childminder was telling me that she is so well known there that they give her her frothy milk in a special pink cup. I went back to my friends, and was touched to see one of the cafe owners, a big muscley guy with tattoos all down his arms, having a chat with Kellie, with a great big soppy smile on his face :)
