Morning all,

Snow and -3 here in Tomintoul.

I'm out to scrape the car in 10 then off to Elgin to see if I can convince the emergency Dentist to pull one of my molars.

Hopefully I'll get some sleep tonight, but my experience with emergency dentists wanting to pull teeth is not good..

Have a great day all.

Lizzie,
I was 83 in November. Mrs e is now 85. Her birthday was at the beginning of January.
Happy birthday to Don and to you. We use the same card each year. Keep them all in a special folder. It includes Christmas, Valentines, Mother's and Father's day cards.
Doing some packing as we are off on Saturday.
Have a good day everybody

Happy birthday lissie! Our frost has about gone now Saundra. Good luck with the packing Cruiser, where are you off to on Saturday?

Suff, I really hope you get your tooth sorted with not too much pain.

I like Vera too Ally, I just wish they wouldn't film the scenes in such a gloomy light! Northumberland is such a beautiful place.

Out for a paper soon, then roast chicken and football on the tv. Have a good day everyone.

Thanks Saundra. I'm there now but the day has started badly with a Kamikaze pheasant trashing the grill on the car...

Good morning everyone. It's chucking it down here and looks to be set in for the rest of the day. I woke up this morning in an empty house for the first time ever because the house has been bursting at the seams for the past week and before that my son was staying overnight to help with George in the nighttime. I am quite enjoying the solitude and peace and quiet. Ally has been keeping in touch over the years that I haven't been in VV and I know she has kept you up to date and I so much appreciate all the good wishes and condolences you've sent to me. Sorry there just wasn't time for online life over the three years since George was taken ill, so it's particularly kind of you all to remember me and send vibes. I'll be back. :D

Morning :)
Wet and miserable here too.

Happy birthday to Don Lissie :)

Too horrible to go out, there's not much in the freezer so we're going to defrost it, and get the bed changed, before Bb settles down to watch the snooker final.
In between bacon butties for brunch.
Tonight we're making the famous curry :)
Have a good day all

Ps It's lovely to see you PP, sorry the circumstances are so sad.
Yes, quite nice for you to be alone and take a big deep breath xxx
