I had scarlet fever when I was 13. At first the doctor said it was just a bad rash. My mother who had been a nurse, was proved correct.
At the time we lived in the country so we were isolated and I did not come into contact with other children.

Poor little thing, so hard to explain to her not to scratch. Yes shingles for adults is something to watch out for.

She seems ok thanks jo she has a few more spots but seems fine mind in my day we never took antihistamines like they do now how times change
