Good Morning Ally and all who follow.
Happy Burns Day to you and Happy Birthday to me.
My Mum came from Scotland and she was so thrilled when i arrived
on Rabbie Burns birthday.
We used to have a Haggis supper every year and invite all the neighbours in
and Dad used to have a small dram (more than one) and help celebrate.

Morning all! :D

Happy Burns Day to all of those with Scottish blood, including me although I've never visited

Lissie enjoy your special day, and your lovely flowers :D xx

The sun's out here, it's the first day since last Saturday, so I'm out shortly for a walk. I've borrowed Mick's fitbit thingy to see how I get on with it, it also tracks your sleep and your heartbeat, apparently I slept for 8 hours last night, and only woke once! Unusual for me 8-) Up to see D later, then Pilates tonight :) Went to zumba last night, it was really busy and very hot!

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all and happy Burns day, don't think there's a drop of Scottish blood in me, but any reason to celebrate I'm OK with
A really lovely gorgeous sunny day here; so nice!

Ally, enjoy your walk, and ongoing good luck to the students for their exams
Lissie, enjoy the day

I have one, I find the sleep bit really interesting. I average about 6.5 hours sleep during the week - and a bit more over the weekend. My sleep pattern is quite similar every night though, I go into a really deep sleep almost immediate for just under an hour or so and then the rest of the night is mixed between REM and light sleep and awake...

A usual usual for me

have a lovely day all

Morning all, it is nice and sunny here too. I've been busy busy getting myself organised to collect Kellie from school and mind her in her own house, and then collecting Michael from school at 2.30pm. Mr Osc is up but only because he was getting sore lying in bed. He hasn't got any worse, which I suppose is good, but I know this flu goes and comes back. Dinner is ready for cooking when I get home. Better go and collect her ladyship!

Good afternoon all. I've been to the anti-coagulation clinic this morning. My problem now is that I have started to suffer from severe
morning pains in my arms and hands, and pain-killers seriously affect my INR (blood-clotting figure). My intake of Warfarin has now
been adjusted and hopefully will put things right.

The sun is shining here now, but we won't be going out as we are expecting a visit from an old friend from our previous home town.

Hope you all have a lovely day.

Afternoon :)
So lovely to have sunshine, it's a beautiful day :)

Was in a rush this morning to get out to craft.
Home to meet Bb and straight out again.
One of the craft ladies reminded me about an appliances shop in the next town so we went there first.
So glad we did, we've ordered a new cooker, which has all I want, and cost £20 less than Currys, including installation and disposal of the old one :)
They could do it Tuesday afternoon but I opted for Weds morning instead.
Very glad we were able to buy local :)

It was so nice we stopped at one of the garden centres and had lunch :)

Hope your days are going well
